Tom and Jeanna Wayland purchased a home with plans to remodel and expand it into something more suitable for their family. We worked together to transform the existing ramshackle, single-story 1,400 square foot home into a beautiful, two-story 3,450 Sq Ft home, with a complete overhaul of the first floor and a full second-story addition. The new design features spacious living and entertaining areas, a wraparound porch on two sides of the house, plenty of built-in cabinetry, a master suite with his-and-her walk-in closets, and three more generously sized bedrooms. The owners were extremely active participants in the design throughout the process, and after some extensive back-and-forth, we crafted a design they are very pleased with.
