Scott Bailey and Mike Mendieta wanted to upgrade their existing deck spaces: enclosing an existing rear deck for use as more of an outdoor living space/catio; adding a new second-floor deck above that, off the primary bedroom; and adding a new stair off the front deck, for direct access to grade level. The finished decks are beautiful, and Scott and Mike are extremely pleased with them.
