Basement Remodel

Pat and Brittany Maloney engaged me to design their basement remodel. It was already in use as a family/entertainment room, laundry, and storage, but in addition to making those spaces nicer wanted to add a bedroom and bathroom. We also did a complete overhaul of their main-floor bathroom. It was great working with them to realize the improvements they envisioned. We're currently working on converting their attic to a new master suite.
