House Rebuild

Jim and Chris Cullen originally contacted me to design an extensive remodel and addition to a house they were closing on. After discovering some issues with the existing structure, however, they made the decision to raze the house and rebuild new. They were so happy with the design we'd already developed that we kept it largely the same; the primary changes were mirroring it, and rotating it 90 degrees on the lot. Construction wrapped up in the spring of 2021, and they are thrilled with the results.
